Receiving your prescription

Once your consultation with our expert clinicians concludes, you'll receive a token via the Signature RX service. This token, sent to your registered email address (and mobile number if requested), acts as your authorization for prescription collection. The processing time for this token may vary but typically takes up to 2 hours, depending on the prescribed treatment.

In case you haven't received your prescription after this time period, please call the clinic directly on 0121 798 0729

Where can I collect my prescription?

You can collect your prescription at various pharmacies, including Boots Pharmacy, Well Pharmacy, Lloyds Pharmacy, and several independent community pharmacies. Our patient guide, linked in your Signature RX token email, contains a handy pharmacy locator to find the nearest one.

Upon reaching the pharmacy, present the email or SMS with your prescription ID. This electronic prescription is redeemable at signaturerx.co.uk.

What should I bring to the pharmacy?

To streamline the process, provide your date of birth to the pharmacy staff. In some cases, they may request identification for verification purposes.

Prescription Costs

Private prescription costs vary between pharmacies and depend on the prescribed medication. Each pharmacy determines its pricing, ensuring flexibility for patients. To find out more about the pricing for private prescriptions, click here.
