Dr. Rashi Negi has served as Clinical Director for three years, where she spearheaded initiatives such as 'locality memory clinics' and played a key role in projects like 'frailty hubs,' which are now well-established in East Staffordshire, benefiting the local population. Recently appointed as Associate Medical Director for Quality Improvement, she aims to develop robust clinical care systems to enhance both the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Dr. Negi is deeply committed to promoting the importance of mental health and has undertaken numerous initiatives focused on dementia prevention, particularly emphasising brain health in the early stages of patients’ journeys.
Identifying memory issues and diagnosing dementia early allows for more effective management and planning. Early intervention can help slow progression and provide patients and families with the resources they need to cope with the challenges ahead.
